•Ensure the Department team meets KPI targets and fosters cross-selling and upselling across product categories.
•Be present on the sales floor to provide exceptional client service and maintain brand standards; drive Omni Channel awareness and use of digital tools.
•Oversee E-commerce channel development and timely order fulfillment, sharing market insights with relevant functions.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Retail Management is a plus
•Strong customer service orientation with a professional approach
•Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team in a luxury retail environment
•Business-driven mindset with ability to analyse department performance and propose action plans
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
