Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions and maintaining accurate records of assigned monies.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls and by identifying client needs or opportunities; fulfill needs or refer to branch specialists.
  • •Understand and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
