Key Responsibilities

•Work with Private Equity and strategic investors across the full investment process.
•Support target search activities for investment opportunities.
•Contribute to M&A workstreams and due diligence.
•Help drive value creation initiatives throughout the deal lifecycle.
•Support exit activities as part of the investment process.

Key Requirements

•You have a master’s degree in economics/business and/or engineering (or equivalent).
•You have 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, Private Equity, investment banking, or other relevant M&A advisory experience.
•Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including financial modelling.
•You work with precision and are open-minded.
•You have strong written and oral presentation skills and are fluent in a Nordic language and English.
