Key Responsibilities

  • •Work with Private Equity and strategic investors across the full investment process.
  • •Support target search activities for investment opportunities.
  • •Contribute to M&A workstreams and due diligence.

Key Requirements

  • •You have a master’s degree in economics/business and/or engineering (or equivalent).
  • •You have 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, Private Equity, investment banking, or other relevant M&A advisory experience.
  • •Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, including financial modelling.
  • •You work with precision and are open-minded.
  • •You have strong written and oral presentation skills and are fluent in a Nordic language and English.
