Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze manufacturing processes and electromechanical assemblies using a physics-based electrical approach.
  • •Drive supplier development from NPI through high-volume production scaling in coordination with engineering and manufacturing teams.
  • •Develop part qualification criteria and functional/reliability requirements, including system-level optimization for production.
  • •Lead DOE to establish supplier production processes focused on high rate, high yield, and reliability.
  • •Lead hardware failure investigations and approve first article inspection (FAI) and PPAP reports after supplier process modifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering, electronics manufacturing, quality engineering, or reliability engineering.

  • •Experience troubleshooting electronics hardware and/or RF communication systems.
