Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute long-term roadmaps for premium health offerings, integrating wellness services and health tech into wealth and core banking/insurance products.
  • •Manage healthcare provider partnerships and oversee daily performance of health propositions against internal quality standards.
  • •Drive regulatory compliance for new health service launches following local healthcare rules.
  • •Track core KPIs and use data insights to refine sales funnels and increase uptake among HNW clients.
  • •Lead cross-functional projects, present propositions to internal leaders and medical partners, and ensure stakeholder alignment to hit launch milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Health Administration, Marketing or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in health strategy, premium medical management, health proposition development, or cross-sector medical-finance projects.
  • •Deep understanding of the Hong Kong & Greater China premium healthcare market and HNW client health demands.
  • •Advanced Excel for data analysis and KPI tracking, and PowerPoint for executive presentations.
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin to negotiate and build long-term partnerships with bank and medical executives.
