Job Summary

Drive post-sales technical success for OpenAI’s top healthcare and life sciences customers. Own account health and adoption velocity by guiding technical readiness, configuring and enabling OpenAI products (API, agentic platform, Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise), and translating customer objectives into adoption roadmaps with KPIs. Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Research to identify use cases, measure value realization, and accelerate deployments to production.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact and trusted advisor on deployment, adoption, and value realization.
•Own account health, adoption velocity, and ongoing technical deployment success across the customer portfolio.
•Deliver technical enablement and configuration sessions across OpenAI products, including API and agentic platform, Codex, and ChatGPT Enterprise.
•Identify and validate high-impact use cases by embedding with customer teams to understand workflows and pain points.
•Translate customer objectives into actionable adoption roadmaps (sequencing, milestones, KPIs) and measure impact through baselines and post-deployment reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as technical account management, solutions architecture, or technical GenAI consulting/deployment leadership.
•Meaningful experience working with healthcare or life-sciences organizations and familiarity with their data, workflows, regulatory environments, and operating models.
•Scientific or clinical training (medicine, biology, chemistry, pharmacy, biomedical engineering, or public health) with a focus on applying AI responsibly.
•Deep hands-on knowledge of OpenAI products and integrations (APIs, SDKs, connectors, integration patterns, embeddings, retrieval augmentation, and fine-tuning/custom model usage).
•Experience deploying technology in regulated enterprise environments with knowledge of authentication, access controls, encryption, data classification/retention, auditability, and incident response.
