Coordinator, A&R - Disruptor Management

Support the A&R team with general administrative help and A&R project coordination while gaining hands-on exposure to finding and acquiring recording artists, songs, and producers. Build relationships with artists and representatives, solicit and coordinate meetings with producers and artists, and attend recording, mixing, and mastering sessions to develop an ear for key singles and tracks. Also help drive artist development efforts for designated artists in your genre.
