Job Summary

Lead data-driven product and operational cost analysis to support margin ambitions across PD&S. Track and interpret cost performance, uncover margin leakage, and develop strategic pricing and profitability improvement opportunities. Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility, and partner with Business Units and Finance on target setting, scenario planning, and price forecasting. Facilitate cross-regional alignment and champion responsible sourcing compliance and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Track, analyze, and interpret product and operational cost performance, developing strategic pricing approaches to enhance profitability.
•Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin leakage points, recommending strategies that drive sustainable growth.
•Design, build, and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools for margin performance and cost variance visibility.
•Partner with Business Units and Finance on seasonal target setting, scenario planning, and price forecasting for commercial decisions.
•Facilitate alignment across Headquarters, Business Units, and regional teams while ensuring PD&S practices comply with responsible sourcing and purchasing policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
•Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a multinational environment (e.g., commercial finance, product costing, project management, fashion, sourcing, manufacturing, or supply chain).
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented, customer-focused mindset.
•Advanced ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
•Proven experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering commercial impact through analytics.
