Event Coordinator - Ingolstadt

Coordinate Candlelight on-site events in Ingolstadt as the main point of contact, managing staff rosters, training, inventory, and guest lists. This freelance/working-student role is focused on weekends, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and brand representation for Fever Originals’ Candlelight concerts. You will collaborate with Fever Originals managers, coordinate with staffing agencies, and assist with safety briefings and post-event reporting.
