  • •Manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through leading, coaching, and managing teams.
  • •Drive branch business development and revenue growth through small business development, new client strategies, and client/prospect engagement.
  • •Promote the Truist Purpose, Mission, and Values and foster a positive public image in the community.
  • •Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, and the Truist Code of Ethics; complete required training for the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment (including new or transfer of registration) and pass applicable NMLS background check.
