Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage Finance Central Business Partnering and controlling activities, reporting into the Finance Director
  • •Own core financial planning and performance management processes: actuals, MPRs, budget, revised estimates, and the 3-Year Strategic Plan
  • •Drive monthly performance reviews with variance analysis, insights, and recommendations; manage risks and opportunities communication
  • •Lead brand profitability and investment effectiveness, evaluating and monitoring brand and trade marketing investments with Commercial and Marketing
  • •Lead people: coach and develop a team of two finance professionals and foster a high-performance culture

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •MS degree in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • •7/10 years of experience in FP&A, Business Controlling, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering in an international environment
  • •Strong financial planning, forecasting, and performance management expertise across Budget, Forecast, Actuals, and Strategic Planning
  • •Proven experience leading Budget/forecast/strategic planning processes and delivering accurate performance management
  • •Fluent English (written and spoken) and Italian (preferable), with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
