Job Summary

Lead RGM Operational Excellence across Europe, driving strategic transformation and revenue growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

•Structure and lead cross-functional transformation programs to reinvent the European operating model and support change management.
•Develop and deploy strategic tools to improve team productivity and performance, working with IT on business requirements and budgets.
•Manage store network information at EU level, including customer journey and visual merchandising guidelines, monitoring updates, and maintaining data accuracy.
•Oversee the openings and renovations process by tracking store changes and coordinating with country teams and the European offer team.
•Lead and coordinate the team to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across central and local functions (Supply Chain, Offer, Marketing, Finance, IT).

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree with significant experience managing complex projects and business transformation.
•8 to 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in retail or mass distribution (consulting experience is a plus).
•Strong analytical and strategic skills, translating data into actionable recommendations.
•Proven change management experience and cross-functional leadership (Supply Chain, IT, Finance).
•Strong leadership capabilities to manage a team and lead multiple projects; fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
