Key Responsibilities

•Execute a timely and accurate monthly close, including prepare and post journal entries and fluxes, maintain account reconciliations, and investigate and resolve variances
•Support accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections follow-up, cash application, and aging review
•Support accounts payable operations, including reviewing and reconciling invoices and cash management
•Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows such as document procedures, strengthen controls, and drive consistency as the team scales
•Represent the accounting function in cross-functional conversations, whether with Legal, Sales, or Engineering, ensuring accounting considerations are surfaced early and reflected in decisions

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidate preferred
•4+ years of accounting experience with strong technical fundamentals
•Solid command of U.S. GAAP and a deep understanding of the full close cycle
•High proficiency in Excel; experience with Netsuite a plus
•Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage competing deadlines without sacrificing accuracy
