Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and lead sourcing strategies tailored to hiring needs across roles.
  • •Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring.
  • •Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand and fulfill recruitment needs.
  • •Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing through offers for candidates and hiring managers.
