Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as business manager for the plant, driving revenue generation in plant sales and key accounts.
  • •Ensure all production has an associated sale and manage excess sales, coordinating with the plant scheduler.
  • •Coordinate with the Sales Director on long-term sales strategy, sales mix, and execution.
  • •Provide day-to-day supervision of production planning and execution based on sales mix and direct sales transaction information.
  • •Meet key clients, maintain relationships, negotiate and close deals, and handle customer issues/complaints.
