Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SIE’s most complex and strategically significant commercial negotiations across entertainment projects, including development, production, licensing, and co-production.
  • •Set and drive commercial strategy for assigned transactions, establishing negotiating positions and acceptable trade-offs.
  • •Independently negotiate key terms with senior external counterparties, representing SIE’s interests with authority.
  • •Advise leadership on deal structures, commercial models, market precedent, business risk, and long-term implications.
  • •Partner with Finance, Legal, and studios to align deal economics, ensure contractual accuracy, and protect IP value across the PlayStation Productions portfolio.

Key Requirements
