Salary: CAD 115,200 - 165,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years (Solution Architect) or 10+ years (Sr. Solution Architect) in enterprise projects across waterfall and agile through the full lifecycle, with demonstrable success.
  • •1+ years (Solution Architect) or 3+ years (Sr. Solution Architect) experience in regulated industries.
  • •Extensive configuration and customization experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • •Ability to drive agentic delivery using AI toolchains (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Elements Cloud).
  • •Experience leading discovery, defining requirements and writing user stories, and producing detailed system and functional designs (UML/sequence diagrams/process flows).
