Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the strategic finance partner for North America Field Sales and Customer Success leadership, guiding investment priorities and business decisions.
•Lead monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-range planning by linking operational drivers to financial outcomes.
•Analyze GTM performance using SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, sales productivity, headcount, operating expenses, and customer metrics.
•Translate financial results into narratives and actionable recommendations for senior business leaders and executive stakeholders.
•Build scalable financial models and improve forecasting, reporting, and planning processes using AI, automation, and modern finance tools.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5-8 years of FP&A or Strategic Finance experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
•Experience supporting Go-to-Marketing organizations (Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Marketing).
•Strong forecasting, annual planning, and financial modeling experience with executive-level business partnership.
•Ability to connect operational performance to financial outcomes and influence decisions through data-driven analysis.
•Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including building complex financial models; NetSuite and Adaptive Planning are preferred.
