Key Responsibilities

•Provide comprehensive technical service support to automotive clients, ensuring optimal use of products and high customer satisfaction
•Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and document activities in CRM/Salesforce
•Interact with customers for diagnostics, testing, and resolution of technical incidents
•Prepare detailed technical reports for clients and maintain clear records of service activities
•Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, quality, operations) to ensure safety, quality and adherence to procedures

Pay and Benefits

Salary: MXN 30,000 - 31,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
•Minimum 2 years of experience in technical service, client support, product development or leadership of technical projects

•Strong diagnostic and root-cause analysis skills; ability to read technical documentation and schematics
•Intermediate English; willingness to work on-site at plants and perform client-site visits
