Job Summary

Provide top-tier customer service for your customer portfolio and support domestic and/or export order fulfillment. Manage the order process end to end—review product availability, coordinate transportation and delivery, and ensure accurate invoicing. Serve as a subject matter expert and first-line support for Account Specialist Level I/II, resolve customer or business challenges, and help improve customer service processes while partnering with Planning, Sales, Business, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver timely, professional customer service, handling requests and improving customer satisfaction.
•Coordinate order fulfillment: receive orders, check product availability, arrange transportation/delivery, and ensure accurate invoicing.
•Act as primary interface with Planning, Sales, Business, and Supply Chain to serve customers and maximize value using KPIs and feedback.
•Serve as subject matter expert and first-line support for Account Specialist Level I and II, resolving customer/business challenges.
•Maintain accuracy of Customer Master Data in SAP in liaison with the Master Data team and support supply chain/interdepartmental improvement projects.
