Job Summary

Account Supervisor for Burson’s Corporate Digital team leading social media strategy, social listening, content development, and integrated digital programs across corporate and executive channels for diverse clients in technology, healthcare, finance, and mission-driven sectors. Partners with cross-functional teams to ensure digital is integrated from day one, mentors junior staff, and drives insights from social data to inform strategy.

Key Responsibilities

•Support day-to-day client communications and build strong working relationships with key contacts. Contribute to client meetings and ensure delivery of high-quality work aligned with client expectations.
•Support the development and execution of integrated digital and social media programs across corporate and executive channels, including LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit for both organic and paid efforts.
•Lead and support social listening and monitoring work streams, using tools such as Brandwatch (or similar platforms) to surface insights, track performance, and inform recommendations.
•Draft and edit content for owned and social channels, including executive thought leadership, corporate social media, and internal platforms.
•Conduct social audits and competitive analyses across platforms and synthesize findings into clear insights and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 105,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4–6 years of experience in digital communications, corporate communications, or public affairs, with agency experience preferred.
•Strong writing and editing skills, particularly for executive and corporate audiences.
•Experience supporting social media strategy and execution across corporate and executive channels.
•Proficiency in social listening and analytics tools (Brandwatch preferred; Meltwater, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, or similar platforms also considered).
•Demonstrated experience conducting social audits, competitive research, and audience profiling.
