Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform manufacture and maintenance support for machines in production facilities.
  • •Assemble new and rebuild existing equipment; fit and assemble parts to fabricate or repair machine tools.
  • •Set up and operate production equipment, and conduct equipment upgrades and retrofits (including off-site).
  • •Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment; replace faulty parts and pull/terminate wires.
  • •Ensure preventive maintenance to maintain reliability and uptime, maintain/manage parts inventory, and order/receive new parts; train operators on new and refabricated equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED; or five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Basic computer knowledge, including Outlook and MS Word and Excel.
  • •Ability to lift 50 pounds with full range of motion.
  • •Ability to work from standing, kneeling and stooping positions, and stand over 75% of the time daily.
  • •Must be available to work overtime days/hours as needed for emergency repairs.
