Key Responsibilities

•Lead advanced analytics to evaluate pricing, trade spend, and promotional effectiveness across Foodservice segments.
•Analyze operator performance, product mix, and volume trends using internal, distributor, and syndicated data; perform price elasticity, margin, and cost-to-serve analyses in non-scanner environments.
•Develop and recommend contract pricing strategies, bid frameworks, customer-specific pricing structures, and incentive/distributor trade strategies aligned to profitability targets.
•Partner with Sales and Business Development to support RFPs, contract negotiations, and national account planning; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Category teams.
•Develop and enhance trade planning tools, forecasting models, reporting frameworks, and conduct post-event/ROI analysis to improve future trade investment decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 110,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 5+ years of relevant Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing.
•Strong Foodservice channel experience supporting national accounts, distributor networks, and contract pricing environments.
•Demonstrated expertise in pricing strategy, trade investment optimization, and financial modeling.
•Experience with syndicated data (IRI/Circana, Nielsen) plus internal shipment and distributor data sources.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI/Tableau experience preferred).
