Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to development strategy by identifying and executing commercially viable projects aligned with profit-maximizing objectives.
  • •Orchestrate the end-to-end development process from concept to completion, focusing on timely delivery, cost control, and design integrity.
  • •Lead design management for assigned products to ensure compliance with design guidelines, standards, and brand identity.
  • •Develop product briefs covering budget, stakeholder inputs, risk assessment, cost-benefit analysis, legal requirements, and design specifications.
  • •Coordinate and monitor project execution to ensure construction aligns with plan, quality, time, costs, design vision, and value; resolve deviations to maintain commercial viability.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
  • •6 to 8 years of experience in real estate, urban planning and/or mixed-use developments.
  • •Minimum 4 years of experience in a management role.
  • •Fluency in Serbian and English is mandatory.
  • •Master’s degree is considered a plus.
