Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure you have the proper supplies and PPE before visiting patients.
  • •Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
  • •Build rapport with patients while collecting relevant information and performing assigned services.
  • •Provide low-acuity diagnostic and preventative services, including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina/foot screenings, and ECGs.
  • •Properly label collected samples and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 24 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and the ability to perform phlebotomy/specimen collection services in patients’ homes.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training, plus national certification where applicable across states.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of required course/program for the relevant licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance, with reliable transportation to travel to patient homes.
  • •Pass required national background check and DMV check, plus complete valid clinical license search.
