Manage Tanfeeth program activities end-to-end, ensuring alerts and tasks are handled according to program guidelines and completed within SAMA turnaround times. Coordinate case closures with SAMA, resolve technical issues involving the Tanfeeth system and WatheegEdge, and collaborate cross-functionally to address dependencies. Maintain accurate records and oversee 24/7 dashboard monitoring, while providing training and awareness to new Tanfeeth staff and escalating risks to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage Tanfeeth program activities, ensuring tasks and alerts follow program guidelines.
•Complete Tanfeeth alerts within SAMA turnaround times and ensure timely issue resolution.
•Communicate with SAMA regarding case actions and coordinate with SAMA technical teams for technical issues.
•Monitor and manage requests through the Tanfeeth Portal and SAMA Net Portal, maintaining timely and accurate processing.
•Oversee Tanfeeth and SAMA Net dashboards 24/7, maintain records of alerts/escalations/resolutions, train new staff, and escalate risks to the Head of Tanfeeth.

Key Requirements

•Tertiary-level qualification from an internationally recognized institution.
•3 to 5 years of experience in the same or a similar domain.
•Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
•Project implementation experience and willingness to take small project responsibility independently.
•Has previously provided technical supervision to junior staff.
