Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead event strategy and execution across industry, brokerage, and Shepherd-hosted programs, including broker-facing dinners and partner experiences.
  • •Develop and run proprietary Shepherd experiences and activations that reflect the brand and stand out from traditional carrier programs.
  • •Own executive social narratives and oversee social/content output across company channels, including prompts, calendars, and publishing support.
  • •Manage content and creative partners (contractors/agencies) producing social, video, blog, and broker-facing nurture content; do lightweight production to maintain momentum.
  • •Steward the brand system across web, decks, collateral, event presence, swag, and careers pages; coordinate press/comms and manage event/production budgets and vendors.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years across brand, events, field marketing, or experiential marketing in high-growth B2B or adjacent environments.

  • •Strong creative taste and ability to direct designers, photographers, videographers, and content agencies.
