Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily stores, warehouse, and inventory operations (receiving, inspection, storage, issuance, returns, and transfers).
  • •Maintain accurate material coding, tagging, stacking, preservation, and stock traceability.
  • •Handle SAP MM transactions including GRNs, material movements, cost bookings, project allocations, and fixed-asset movements.
  • •Conduct physical inventory and fixed-asset checks, reconcile variances, and prepare inventory reports.
  • •Supervise Store Assistants/Helpers/Forklift Operators and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers on material deliveries, returns, and store activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance (or any discipline), or a Diploma in Electrical/Electronic courses.
  • •Logistics and Supply Chain certification courses.
  • •Minimum 5 years UAE working experience as Storekeeping in Electrical and Civil contracting companies.
  • •Good communication skills.
