Key Responsibilities

•Earn piece-rate pay and work within an unlimited commission plan.
•Become an expert on smart home technology through product training.
•Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
•Manage inventory and assets and conduct routine maintenance on company products and equipment.
•Explain system capabilities and operational instructions, and leverage appointments to generate leads and revenue.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180 - 350

Key Requirements

•Have a valid driver’s license, a good driving record, and reliable transportation.
•Ability to successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.
•Must live within a 20-mile radius of the city.
•Sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales (major plus).
•Technical aptitude; experience in cable/satellite install, pest control, construction, or solar is helpful (not required).
