Key Responsibilities

•Develop strategic agency partnerships and execute annual enterprise agreements aligned to Spotify’s business objectives.
•Provide expertise on media trading models, commercial agreements, compliance requirements, approval processes, and internal systems.
•Build and maintain executive-level relationships across India’s agency holding groups and independent agencies to identify long-term growth opportunities.
•Identify and unlock new revenue opportunities through strategic account planning and consultative selling.
•Lead agency-focused initiatives and conduct quarterly business reviews to measure progress and expand collaboration.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media sales, agency partnerships, or marketing within the Indian market.
•Established relationships with India’s agency holding companies, independent agencies, and major advertisers.
•Deep understanding of the Indian advertising ecosystem, including media planning, strategic planning, buying, and programmatic advertising.
•Extensive media trading experience and strong understanding of commercial deal structures, agency trading models, and local market requirements in India.
•Experience using data, audience insights, and measurement solutions to inform commercial strategy and drive growth.
