Key Responsibilities

•Identify, recruit, and activate strategic partnerships across complementary AI infrastructure, negotiating deal structures and maintaining MongoDB’s relevance within these ecosystems.
•Design and lead initiatives that drive adoption of validated integrations, ensure quality results, and align partner and MongoDB goals.
•Collaborate with MongoDB teams and partner organizations to deliver outcomes via technical validations, joint roadmaps, and strong developer experiences.
•Establish metrics to measure AI-focused ecosystem partnership effectiveness and report MongoDB’s impact on top-of-funnel growth, refining strategies with data-driven insights.
•Represent MongoDB at relevant industry events, conferences, and communities and ensure accessible resources and content for target audiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 162,400 - 203,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, product management, or program management, with the ability to manage complex technical initiatives from ideation to execution.
•Proven ability to think strategically and dive into details to solve problems and create opportunities.
•Experience negotiating complex partner agreements and driving partner implementation to deliver outcomes.
•Technical aptitude to understand AI infrastructure workflows and developer ecosystems, paired with strong analytical skills for decision-making.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills tailored to engage developers through executives across internal and external teams.
