Job Summary

Lead the ADESA auction site by driving operational success, setting the tone for customer and employee experience, and executing strategies that support financial performance. Report to the Regional Director while managing P&L reviews, KPI performance, customer dispute resolution, and site operations including inventory, maintenance, safety, and loss prevention. Oversee recruiting, hiring, training, appraisals, and employee relations to build a high-performing team.

•Drive auction site success through effective leadership and execution of strategies supporting financial performance
•Manage business growth by engaging customers, overseeing sales promotions/advertising/telemarketing, and ensuring prompt customer attention
•Review and manage financial performance, including P&L reviews, accounting reconciliation, accounts receivable monitoring, and controlling payroll/expenses
•Monitor KPIs and expectations, leverage available tools, and develop action plans to support improvements
•Lead people management: recruit, hire, train, mentor, manage employee relations and morale, and conduct performance appraisals

•Bachelor’s degree with auction and automotive experience, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of auction experience and 5 years of automotive work experience

•Proficiency with computer systems and applications; must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license
