Job Summary

Own and optimize the organization’s on-premises and cloud networking to deliver maximum performance and high availability. As the subject matter expert, you’ll design and deploy LAN/WAN/WLAN networks, configure routers, switches, firewalls, VPN/IPsec tunnels, load balancers, and QoS, and troubleshoot complex network issues. You’ll also handle maintenance, upgrades, monitoring and capacity planning, security/compliance, vendor coordination, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and deploy functional networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN).
•Configure and install network devices and services including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS.
•Perform network maintenance and upgrades (service packs, patches, hot fixes) and security configurations.
•Monitor performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and capacity planning.
•Provide technical support and troubleshoot network-related issues, documenting configurations and mentoring team members.

Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience as a Network Engineer
•5+ years of experience in a senior role
•Deep understanding of network protocols (IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, QoS)
•Experience with monitoring, network diagnostics, and network analytics tools, with advanced troubleshooting skills
•Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting firewalls and VPN IPsec tunnels
