Key Responsibilities

  • •Generate, scope, edit, and distribute intelligence products for public and private distribution, owning the editorial process from concept through publication.
  • •Author and edit content to ensure clarity, structure, voice, and compliance with legal/risk guidelines, including verifying and cross-checking accuracy.
  • •Partner with analysts, investigators, policy experts, data science, product, and marketing to identify impactful stories and translate them into audience-specific narratives.
  • •Produce proactive recurring products and quick-turn reactive content for sanctions, enforcement actions, and breaking developments under tight timelines.
  • •Operate and improve the production engine by managing project plans, milestones, stakeholder communication, and scalable systems for organizing drafts and dependencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, International Relations, Government, Economics, Security Studies, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
  • •7+ years of professional experience writing and editing data- or research-driven content (investigative reporting, policy research, intelligence analysis, or similar).
  • •Exceptional command of English, simplifying complex material while preserving accuracy, grammar, structure, and style.
  • •Experience editing others’ work for clarity, narrative coherence, and tone, including constructive feedback to subject-matter experts.
  • •Strong research and fact-checking skills, working comfortably with quantitative data and qualitative sources (OSINT, court filings, enforcement actions).
