Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted HR subject matter expert and advisor to senior executives and managers.
  • •Develop HR strategies and practices with leadership to improve employee development, performance, engagement, and retention.
  • •Use an employee engagement platform to communicate results, identify trends in data, and propose solutions to managers.
  • •Guide day-to-day execution of HR policies, procedures, and programs; provide policy guidance and interpretation.
  • •Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and advocate for employee engagement and well-being.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible HR experience in areas such as employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  • •Strong business knowledge and comprehensive understanding of HR, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, and diversity and inclusion.
  • •A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, or a related field, with CHRP, CRHA, CPHR, or other HR certification preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of provincial employment laws and the ability to interpret HR policy for managers and employees.
  • •Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail; willingness to travel as needed.
