Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the P&L of the MEP division, ensuring profitability through financial governance and project-by-project cost and revenue monitoring.
  • •Optimize resource allocation for efficient project execution, cost control, and schedule delivery.
  • •Monitor project performance using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and manage project scheduling using Primavera planning tools.
  • •Oversee MEP design, planning, execution, and handover across high-rise buildings, villas, malls, and commercial facilities.
  • •Lead procurement plans, manage variations and changes to protect project P&L, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate across internal teams and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • •10–12 years of experience managing MEP projects for residential and commercial towers and industrial buildings.
  • •3–4 years of Divisional Manager experience managing MEP projects in the UAE or other GCC countries.
  • •Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection) for large-scale commercial and residential projects.
  • •Expertise in P&L management, cost control, project budgeting, forecasting, and project performance tracking tools like EVA and Primavera.
