Job Summary

Lead service delivery and operational strategy for Aon’s Health Solutions team within the Global Capability Center. This hybrid role in Mexico City translates business priorities into operational plans, drives execution against key performance indicators, and partners across functions to deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes. As a second-line people leader for a 50+ person team and multiple Team Managers, you’ll manage risk, enable continuous improvement, and align stakeholders through performance data and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate business priorities into operational plans, goals, and priorities for Team Managers and their teams.
•Drive execution against key performance indicators to ensure performance, quality, and timeliness.
•Lead operational risk identification and management, enable change, and strengthen alignment between operational teams and business stakeholders.
•Provide day-to-day leadership and people management through Team Managers, including coaching, capability building, and succession support.
•Use performance data and stakeholder feedback to identify trends, improve resource allocation, and support informed decision-making.

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the industry.
•Experience leading teams and translating business priorities into operational strategy and measurable outcomes.

•Ability to lead through Team Managers, building leadership capability and accountability for performance and development.
