Lead complex consulting engagements in AECOM Advisory’s Strategy+ team, translating strategy into practical execution through operating model, governance, organization design, transformation, and performance improvement. Manage end-to-end delivery and multi-disciplinary workstreams, facilitate workshops, synthesize analyses into executive-ready recommendations, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. Contribute to business development, support proposals, and coach teams to scale credible, efficient methodologies across priority sectors.
