Inspector - Civil/Finishes

Ensure contractors comply with contract documents, inspection plans, drawings, codes, and specifications for civil/finishes works. Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify quality and quantity of work, monitor contractor submissions and Quality Control Plan compliance, and conduct architectural and material inspections. Support project leads with reporting, NCR issuance and corrective actions, and assist in expediting NOCs and client approvals when delayed, while monitoring safety and maintaining site records.
