Assistant Store Manager (all genders)

Lead day-to-day operations in a Zalando Outlet Store in Münster and, in the absence of store management, take full store responsibility. Manage up to 20 employees, supporting their personal and professional growth while ensuring hiring, onboarding, and training. Improve store KPIs through effective merchandise planning and customer-focused shopping experiences, and drive transparent, people-oriented leadership to support the store’s financial success and continuous development.
