Staff Backend Software Engineer

Build and scale Hopper’s travel commerce platform for partner brands, owning features end-to-end from backend systems to partner-facing experiences. You’ll improve the codebase for fast, safe delivery by both humans and AI agents, architect scalable foundations and patterns for new partner launches, and drive asynchronous decisions through clear specs. Work closely with PMs and business partners to refine the roadmap while leveraging AI tooling to move across the stack efficiently.
