Job Summary

Define and scale Anthropic’s enterprise community motion end-to-end across Sales, Customer Success, GTM and Product. Design programs, recruit power users, and operate Champion-led outputs to drive adoption of Claude Code, Cowork, and future products. Align community activities with business outcomes through measurement, cross-functional partnering, and continuous program improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and scale the enterprise community strategy, portfolio of programs, maturity model, and roadmap from zero to global scale.
•Adapt playbooks from other companies to Anthropic’s product portfolio, customer base, and GTM motion.
•Stand up and scale Claude Champions by identifying power users, designing recognition programs, building cohorts, and operationalizing Champion-led outputs that drive adoption of Claude Code, Cowork, and future products.
•Partner with AEs and CSMs to build operating models for champion sourcing, train-the-trainer motions, and account-plan integration.
•Run the day-to-day engine for the programs: member lifecycle, programming rhythm, platform and chapter structure, and feedback loops to Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 320,000 annually

•Defined the motion and operating model for practitioner communities rather than just executing a playbook, from zero to scale.
•Brought strong, earned opinions about how these programs work, including give/get structures that keep champions engaged long term.
•Understood enterprise GTM and can operate across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.
•Able to run cross-functional programs with diverse inputs and still deliver cohesive programs.
