Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and oversee HSE activities across the infrastructure project on behalf of the PMCM team.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve the project HSE Management Plan and procedures.
  • •Ensure compliance with client HSE requirements, Saudi regulations, and international best practices, including contractor plan review and performance monitoring.
  • •Conduct inspections, audits, and management walkdowns; lead incident and near-miss investigations with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • •Establish and monitor HSE KPIs, ensure permit-to-work and high-risk activity controls, manage environmental compliance, and prepare regular HSE reporting and presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • •Valid SCE Registration in Health & Safety.
  • •NEBOSH Diploma, CSP, CMIOSH, or an equivalent professional certification.
  • •Minimum 15 years of HSE experience, including 8 years in a Senior HSE Manager role.
  • •Proven experience on large-scale infrastructure projects in a PMCM consultancy environment with strong Saudi HSE regulatory knowledge.
