Key Responsibilities

•Organize and manage 10–12 Event and partner marketing activities each quarter across designated regions.
•Develop and execute integrated event marketing campaigns that support immediate pipeline targets as well as long-term business objectives.
•Coordinate a variety of engagement formats, including Executive roundtables, Leadership dinners, Webinars, Roadshows, Partner-driven workshops and events.
•Work collaboratively with Sales, Partnerships, SDR teams, and Business Units to align marketing activities with commercial goals; Execute joint marketing campaigns with key technology partners such as AWS, Microsoft, ISVs, and other strategic alliance partners.
•Measure and report on marketing performance indicators, including Revenue influenced and closed, Pipeline contribution, SQL generation, registration-to-attendance conversion, and Lead-to-SQL conversion metrics; Maintain CRM dashboards and campaign trackers; Identify optimization opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•3–6 years of experience in B2B event marketing, partner marketing, or event execution roles.
•Experience supporting partner-led campaigns in a technology or enterprise environment.
•Strong execution, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
•Comfortable working with metrics, ROI tracking, and performance data.
•Experience with CRM and marketing tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Cvent is a plus.
