Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate in a cross-functional team to design, implement, and own the architecture migration strategy.
  • •Evaluate trade-offs between architectural and tooling approaches while balancing technical and business requirements.
  • •Define long-term technical strategies aligned with business goals with principal architects and lead engineers.
  • •Build and validate proof of concepts to assess feasibility and scalability of migration solutions.
  • •Drive continuous improvement by optimizing data processing and system design, including ownership of SQL processing workloads and unified execution logging.

Key Requirements

  • •Leverage software engineering and architecture experience to support migration of a data platform enabling secure access to data and insights.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Java 11 or later and/or Kotlin.
  • •Experience building secure cloud enterprise applications (SaaS) and working with CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Hands-on experience with SQL and data transformation pipelines, including ownership of SQL processing workloads.
  • •Experience with large-scale data migration/processing using Spark (or similar) and strong cloud platform knowledge, especially AWS.
