Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide small-group technical oversight and serve as a technical resource to the organization.
  • •Lead multi-discipline engineering efforts to solve complex problems and establish technology roadmaps for modernization and innovation.
  • •Create 3D CAD models and engineering drawings for RF product designs and conduct design/drawing reviews with peers and SMEs.
  • •Develop prototype hardware designs, coordinate fabrication, and provide hands-on integration and test support.
  • •Work with customer/program leadership to define and refine requirements for hardware compliance and manage suppliers for built-to-print/spec RF products.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience performing design and/or analysis across the product life cycle using 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) software.
  • •Experience creating Technical Data Packages (TDPs) using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
  • •Experience leading small, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Must have or be able to obtain an active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance (interim clearance required prior to start).
