  • •Make an enterprise design system agent-ready so AI tools generate faithful, on-system code (tokens, naming, guidelines) and run evaluations.
  • •Get Make Local, Code Layers, and new products working in customers’ real environments by writing code, config, agent skills, and guideline files.
  • •Conduct technical discovery of customer dev environments, toolchains, and constraints to scope the fastest credible path to value and support long-term success.
  • •Debug complex, unfamiliar integration problems across git workflows, CI, dev-environment setup, and non-standard stacks.
  • •Convert one-off solutions into reusable playbooks and product feedback to influence what gets built next.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years shipping production software end-to-end, including meaningful customer/partner collaboration.
