Key Responsibilities

  • •Realize diverse technical investment and improvement projects from idea through delivery.
  • •Investigate and develop technical options and improvements.
  • •Create project plans, budgets, and investment proposals.
  • •Assemble and lead project teams, monitoring planning, budget, quality, safety, and scope.
  • •Guide engineering, tenders, and execution, ensuring proper commissioning, handover, and evaluation.

Key Requirements

  • •Completed HBO education in Mechanical Engineering, Technical Business Management, or a comparable field.
  • •Experience leading technical projects, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • •Knowledge of project-based working, including planning, budget monitoring, and risk management.
  • •Strong communication skills and the ability to connect different stakeholders' interests.
  • •Proactive, independent working style with a focus on continuous improvement.
