Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the deployment team, managing structure and growth and hiring/developing engineers across multiple sites and time zones.
  • •Drive deployment automation adoption across the lifecycle, including ZTP-based provisioning, Ansible configuration, and CI/CD for network turn-up.
  • •Deliver on-time, zero-defect site build-outs by managing team operating cadence and staffing within a broader program.
  • •Execute deployment strategy into execution plans with Network Deployment leadership and surface field realities to evolve standards.
  • •Manage vendor/partner performance against SLAs and ensure burn-in and site acceptance testing standards are consistently met; escalate systemic issues.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in network engineering or data center deployment, including 2+ years managing engineers in a large-scale infrastructure environment.
  • •People leadership experience building and retaining high-performing technical teams.
  • •Ability to execute complex, concurrent programs spanning sites, time zones, vendors, with strong reporting and risk management.
