Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects onsite (5 days/week) in Cupertino, CA.
  • •Interface with the client and consultants at all project stages, including regular meetings and written communications.
  • •Drive project planning (detailed project plan), performance monitoring, and project governance processes/systems.
  • •Manage change control and ensure quality compliance with standards (including safety/health/environment awareness where applicable).
  • •Handle financial management such as prompt client invoicing and using the financial system to monitor project financial status and reporting.

Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Prior GC experience required.
  • •Construction project management experience with strong client-facing effectiveness.
  • •College degree in Construction Management (or related field) and PMP certification.
  • •Tenant Improvement and fit-out experience with commercial real estate projects required.
  • •Ability to advise strategically during project conception and manage demanding stakeholders/work stream managers.
