Senior Construction Project Manager – TI / Fit Out

Oversee tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a high-profile technology client, working full-time onsite in Cupertino. Serve as a key interface with clients and consultants across all stages, driving project planning, performance monitoring, change control, governance, reporting, and quality compliance. Manage financial aspects like invoicing and project financial status, support proposals for new work or variations, and contribute to improving project management templates and procedures.
